Is it possible to automate ‘Playing’ and bringing the Video Preview window to the front?

The event pan/crop window moves to the front when it's icon is pressed, but pressing play does not bring forward the Video preview.

I have the windows overlapped on a 2nd display; it would be a handy feature.

If not possible via Vegas scripting, someone posted a 3rd party tool once that allowed playback of keystrokes and mouse movements, anyone know of it?
