Look on the Sundance site. I believe there are a couple of them there.

There are almost six different scripts that can do this. There are some that just do the MPEG2 AC3 render, and others that are much more general. The Sundance site is a good place to start looking:

For more advanced rendering try Batchrender Pro. It costs $15 but has a lot of useful features.

The next free update is coming within a month.

Thank u all for taking time to respond. I'll take a look at the sundance. I hope anybody can help me in a better way such as telling me what to do with those scripts in Vegas, which ones to take.....

I've already found the file at sundance. Thanks to all for the valuable help. Let's see if it works out. Anyway, it seems I'm going to need some more help...
