Hi, I'm not really an experienced user of this program... so I hope this is a easy question to answer, if I want to make the text scroll from the bottom to the top of my screen in the credits of e.g my movie.. what do I have to do? Again, really hope its an easy solution, don't wanna bother you with newbie questions ;) thanks

1) Click on the "Media Generators" tab (bottom left of the screen)
2) Choose "Credit Roll" from the menu

You can now choose from a variety of different credit roll styles

Remember to change the timecode in the box labeled "Length" to speed it up or slow it down.

Yeah, you basically need to do both. The length in the credit roll dialog determines the length of the entire "clip" (e.g. source media), while on the timeline event shows a selection from within the source media. So if you were to lengthen the time in the credit roll dialog, but didn't change the event on the timeline, the credits would scroll more slowly, but then the event would finish before they made it to the top of the screen.
