Scrolling the preview window

I would like to be able to scroll the preview window. My use case is that I am overlaying two camera angles for a stereoscopic 3D shoot and using the pan/crop tools to converge them. I want to preview at full resolution but this usually means the preview is cropped and sometimes the feature I want to converge on is in the cropped area.

From the research I've done, it seems that you can't scroll the preview window. If that's true, let me just add my vote for that as a feature in a future release.

Hey Kelly -- can't you enlarge the preview window by changing the properties, turn off scale video to fit preivew and then using track motion line everything at the right size and change the properties back for rendering? -- Paul

I suppose. But, what if you want to keep the preview window just the way it is? And, having scrollbars on the preview window would make it a whole lot easier.

Can't you just give each track "X" amount of zoom using the number box, then take it back off later? Just enough to avoid being offscreen in preview?
