Scrub-Rate-Syncronize

Is there a way to render a slower syncoronized video and audio, exactly like the scrub rate function?

Hold the Ctrl key down and stretch the end of the A/V clip out farther to the right. The farther you stretch it, the slower it will be. You can go down to 0.25x. If you need it slower, render the 0.25x version to a new file, then repeat the process with the new file.
