Hi everyone. I have a question with Vegas Pro 22. I need to scrub through long video clips. In Camtasia I can scrub though very effectively as see in the video. How can I do this in Vegas as quickly as you can in Camtasia? In Vegas you have hover over the media in your imported video, but its so tiny of a clip. Any ideas?
@Ruby888 Hi, you can do that in Vegas, I think you need to explain a bit better, maybe a video of Vegas showing the problem & what you mean by 'its so tiny of a clip' ? .. Use the mouse wheel to zoom in n out.
Hi, yes I know about that, but with a 4 min clip, its slow to scrub. The other program does not care how long the clip is. I though there was an easier way with Vegas.

One method to speed up / slow down scrub speed is by using the Scrub Control in the bottom LH corner of the UI:

To hear the sound there's also this function in Preferences, press Ctrl & hover over the line but don't move the mouse away from the initial line much, the cursor will scrub through. You'll have to play with this to get the hang of it as it can be 'quick' 😮😂
