I was just asked if I could render to SECAM. Almost never do anything but NTSC, so I had to look. Checked the render as dialog, and there were no SECAM options, just NTSC and PAL. So that would suggest I can't render into SECAM , and then author a SECAM DVD.

But, I remember a lot of the format specs are the same for PAL and SECAM, frequency, lines, frame rate, etc. Could PAL substitute for SECAM? If it matters this project would end up in France.
