At the risk of getting hoots and jeers for this, I can't help but notice some very interesting features in, of all things, the newest version of the consumer NLE Magix Movie Edit Pro 11. Although the features can't be fine-tuned at a pro level, I wish the occasional Madison programmer would take note of how this minor-league player came up with features found in Avid, Premier, Final Cut and even Vegas 6. Things like one-click white balancing....

The more intriguing functions are near the bottom of the page after all the silly stuff.

Still time to mull over the decisions being made for Vegas 7? Or perhaps the next version of Movie Studio?
