I got them when I started out with Vegas 6 a few years back. They are in my opinion ok, but the ones with Spot and gang from VASST (www.vasst.com) are much better. Both the actual shooting of the interface, and the instructor is better. The Sony one is ok, but I prefer the vasst one.

The bonus on the vasst ones are also, that the guys who made it hangs out here too and are to great help to community.
