Separating FX and Crop windows?

I recently updated to to Movie Studio Platinum 12.0.

Is there a way to separate the Video Event FX and Crop windows, or at least allow different sizing for each?

With the windows combined, I have to resize the window every time I switch from one function to the other, since the FX window takes less screen space than the crop window.

In version 12, Pan/Crop is included in the plug-in chain and appears on the event's FX panel with its other video effects.
