Serail # probelm ungrading DVD Architect 2.0

I have been using MS 4.0 & DVD Architect 2.0 for a while and I decided to get the updates not that I'm done with the annual Christmas project.

When ugrading DVD Architect 2.0 (build 22) to 2.0b a new program group was created and when I attempt to start it up the serial # is prompted for again. The one that came with DVD Architect 2.0 (build 22) does not work for some reason.

I found the link to the upgrade on an eariler post last week some time.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

The update for DVD Architect is for the full version. We users of MS +DVDAS have a limited version of DVD Architect (called DVD Architect Studio). That is why the upgrade doesn't work - you get the trial version of the full product in a new folder when you try the upgrade. Many of us have done the same - there are other posts on the same item. As far as can be found, there is no upgrade for Architect Studio. You can use the upgrade for a limited time period or just delete it as I did.

Thanks for the explanation Steve. I'll have to look into the full version I guess; why stop spending $$ to make home moves now? :)
