Serial Number

I can't believe I lost my instruction booklet, I bought and own Video Factory, and I do not feel like buying a new one on the count that I don't have some number, could someone just give me on to put it in.

No, we can't.

However, you can customer service at 800.577.6642, give them some information such as your name, the eMail address you used when you originally registered, etc. and they'll get you your serial number.

I had the same problem at a Cadillac dealer. They wouldn't give me the keys, even after I told them I lost them.
