When I downloaded the software and entered my serial number on a new computer it is telling me the serial number is invalid but I'm literally copying it from my products area. It's error code 14 if that helps!
@bellaballerina Hi, just a thought, when you put the activation key in are you inc the P at the start, you don't need to add that as it's already applied?
Double check that you downloaded the right product. That error would indicate that you are trying to activate the wrong product. What specific product are you trying to activate?
Yeah I left off the P at the beginning as it's already in the box next to it. I've also made sure I downloaded the correct product directly from the my products section in my dashboard. Trying to activate Vegas Movie Studio v17
@bellaballerina There are two VMS17 versions - the basic Vegas Movie Studio 17 and Vegas Movie Studio 17 Platinum. Check that you have downloaded the correct version although from your comments it's unlikely if you are using your Magix account Products area.
