Please log into your account at and go to the my products page. Verify the serial number and make sure the one you are using for DVD architect is attached to your account. If this is not the case, please create a customer support ticket and they should be able to help you.

Why do they have to make this so damned cumbersome? I use MANY programs with S/N verification and NEVER do I have to jump through so many hoops and put up with so many other annoyances for a $50 program? Insane, and it's driving me to their competitors.
