Service Pack 2 problems I think.

The only thing that has changed recently that I know of is that I installed SP2.
Now my Sound Forge (old 4.5 version will not open) say's "Sound forge is not properly installed please reinstall". done that twice, still same message. Plus I've noticed that my sliders in Vegas seem to be working finicky, and if I press the Ctrl key they peg from one side to the other.
Son of a B*#@#! Just when I thought all was working fine. Damn you M/S!!
I dont know If i should try and reinstall Vegas or just uninstall SP2
I need my Forge and dont have the $$ to upgrade right now.

Has anyone else experienced trouble with SP2? I've been holding off installing it for just this reason...

I was able to get SF working by deleting all SF reg entries, then reinstalling.
The Vegas issue has been intermittant and I might try a reinstall of Vegas this weekend. Did theSP2 install cause these ?I dont know, but after straightening out SF, it is running under SP2 fine.

There have been several threads on SP2 and so far no one reporting problems. This one sounds unrelated.
