Setting which tabs to open at startup?

I'm sure that I missed a setting somewhere which determines what tabs appear when you open a project. Everytime I open a project I find that the Preview tab & media Generator tabs are missing. How do I set things so that they open automatically?

Just go to the "view" menu on the toolbar - select which windows you want to open. They should be there next time you open up.
