I made an error today and pulled the Video FZ window onto the top of everything else. Now I can not get it back into the tab key area like the exporer media and such.

Can someone please advise how to get it back down at the bottom as before.

Just drag (use blue bar at the top) and drop in where it belongs. If the window is not visable use Alt+8 to get it back. If it's too large, grab a corner and make it smaller in order to drag it and drop it where it belongs.

Or get a 2nd screen and leave it out.

That is not working, let me try to explain more.

On the line where Explorer, Transitions, Media Generators, etc. are is a tab. This is where it was and I would like to get it back in that spot.

View->Window Layouts->Load Default Layout.

Oh..Just drag and drop the tab left or right to position it.

Carefully pick it up by the top bar and drag it over to the docked tabs, left hand end, and it will dock with them.
