Settings for Facebook upload

I have HD 11. The many setting options confuse me.
My goal is to make a movie and upload it to Facebook.
When I start a project, should I select INTERNET VIDEO and then INTERNET VIDEO (SD)?
When I render, what setting should I use?
I could do all this easily in Movie Studio 9, but am lost in 11.

You don't say if your video is 4:3 or widescreen or if it's hi-def or standard def -- but I would try these specs. They usually give me great results:

Sony AVC
*Video Codec: H.264
*Frame Width: 1280
*Frame Height: 720
*Frame Rate: 29.97
*Field Type: Progressive
*Pixel Aspect Ratio: square
