These are good general settings. But how you ultimately set up your project depends on your source video, brain.

What type of camcorder is your video coming from?

Also, the quality that your video displays in your Preview window depends on how the quality you've set -- and if your computer is powerful enough to play it.

Well what I meen is this?

In the File Properties box the setting De Interlace is set to BLAND and like I say I do know what this is.

So does this meen when I Rander my Project it will use this option to De Interlace it?

Of course. Why would you expect it might do something different than the option it's set for? If you want to use a different deinterlacing method then pick a different option.

Well because right on the same screen it had Field Order and it is set to Lower Field first.

Witch is how it would display if it was interlaced Lower Field first then Upper Field next.

So I just got confused is it going to use field order to interlace it before it de interlaces it?
