what are .sfk files? I've got all kinds of em when capturing media.
I want to delete em and just keep the avi files.

also one project I have has a bunch of these will it affect my vegas or dvd arc file?

There's no problem if you do get rid of them. SONY's software will automatically recreate them the next time you open the files.
