SFK files

My video clips in screenblast show offline and they are still located in the original folder but the file Type has changed to "SFK file". How did these change? I can not open them with Windows media or anything else. Is there a way to get these .avi SFK files to open? I get this message when I try to open...... Warning: An error occured while loading the project file F:\Video Clips\Cherie 2003.vf. The application does not support this file type.

The SFK files are not your media. They are the audio peak files for displaying the waveforms in your audio. Notice how small they are. Your media would have an AVI extension.

Try this - Copy your VF project file as something else - ie - "MyFile1.vf" make it "MyFile2.vf" .

Sometimes this does it for me - yeah?
