Shaping video

How do you create an oval or other shape for video layer? Is it a plugin/script or including in vegas 5.0. I saw it performed at a demo but forgot how to do it.

...and if the Cookie Cutter doesn’t have the shape you want, you can use the new Bezier masks in Vegas 5 to create your own.

Or create your own masks in a photo program, using either a transparent background or a chroma key green (or other color).
