Shifting multiple chapters (markers) at once in DVDA 2.0

The DVD I made has markers set perfectly at about 0.2-0.7 seconds, but when I jump to chapters, the sound is skipped (along with video) for about half a second. I think that this is a normal lag in the DVD player, not a bug in DVDA or anything else.
So, I want to move all of my markers (chapters) back by about 0.5-1 second.
Is there a way to do this, or do I have to do it manually (many chapters, have mercy :-D)?

If you were wanting to move them in Vegas, you could write a script to do it. In DVDA, you need to manually adjust them.

I could do that in Vegas, but then it would take even more time, because I would need to re-encode again. I guess I will just do it manually.
I appreciate the answer, and I appreciate even more if there is a way to do it, and someone tells me how!
