shoe adaptor

Hi can anyone suggest a shoe adaptor.
Ihave a Sony HVR-HD100E Camera it has astandard professional shoe,
bought a Sony ECM- HW2 wireless microphone it has a small shoe anyone know of the an adaptor.

Pretty certain that Bluetooth system will only work with Sony cameras with an intelligent hotshoe as the receiver is powered from the camera.
Also the receiver attachment has a long connector section and I know of no one who makes anything that'll accept that. The "flash" cold shoe adaptors that go onto light stands do have extra clearance compared to standard cold shoe but not enough for anything that is designed to connect to a Sony intelligent shoe.
