Should VP9c 64 doing this?

I'm new to VP9c 64 bit, so I don't know if my problem is a known issue. When I overlap two video clips, instead of a transition of the first clip to the second clip, I get a blanking of the first clip to black, then the second clip appears out of the black. Is this a known issue?

I am not seeing this and I used 64 bit 9.0c for several projects- I have not had issues in this regard.

Mvid - I thought of this and looked, but then couldn't find the enable box. I am getting the purple line when the clips reach default amount - does this mean its enabled?

OK - I just fount the option in the tool bar. I was looking in preferences. Yes, I have it enabled.

It's actually happening to Jpgs mixed in with video. However, I deleted and then reloaded the jpgs and it now seems to cross fade correctly. Must have been a faulty import.
