Shuttle won't work Vegas 7 with Windows 7

Is this a known issue? Works with Sound Forge, DVDA, CDA, etc. Won't budge in Vegas. Tried everything I could think of.

I have my Shuttle Pro 2 working in Windows 7 with Vegas 8 and 9. I do have one anomaly, though. The Jog Wheel only increments 1 frame and then stops, I can't get it to move more than a frame, it just moves 1 frame and then stops and the jog wheel does nothing. Otherwise mine works as normal.

Are you able to modify the settings in the shuttle configuration manager? I just make the wheel option "left arrow" or "right arrow" and it works fine - except with Win 7.

I think I've tried that, I'll go back and try again, I was using the F3 and F9 command there as that's what's in the pref settings that comes with Vegas, and works in XP and Vista.

It works with Win7 32bit. It does not work with win7 64bit.
Contour is aware of the issue and working with Microsoft to find a solution.

Thanks for the link. The new driver fixed my "no jog wheel" problem. Nice. BTW, i'm on Windows 7/64.

I experience similar problems. Win7 x64 but my Vegas is Vegas Movie Studio 9 Platinum, 9.0b.

My ShuttleXpress driver is 2.7.7b and it works fine with Firefox. But no response/action on Sony Vegas.

Is the driver discussed here other than 2.7.7b?
