Silly! Can't see effects in preview.

I must have changed something because when I first started Vegas 4.0 I could see my "Video effects" I added in the preview window. For example, Color corrections and film effects. Now I can't see any changes with any effects I add. What did I do wrong. Forgive me for such a silly question but I can't figure it out.

Ahhhh, humility is a good thing. I found out the problem. Silly me! I pressed the "Split Screen View" button above the preview window. It works now. :)
