Silly Headphones Question...

I'm considering the M-Audio LX4 and I have a silly headphones question.

Currently, my Delta 1010 feeds an amplifier that feeds my lower-end speakers. The amp has a headphone jack which disconnects the speakers when in use. Given that the LX4 has no headphone jack, how do most people plug their headphones into their system?

And maybe a larger question... How do you easily switch between the two (headphones and speakers) in Vegas? Separate audio busses or something like that?

Thanks.

I use an M-Audio Firewire 410 to drive my LX4’s. The FW410 has two headphone jacks, two XLR/TRS analog inputs, and a software mixer control that has a mute button which mutes the speakers but not the headphones. I can also control which of the 8 outputs get directed to the headphones so I can monitor my microphone inputs for voiceovers in the headphones separately from the rest of the mix. The FW410 is a sweet little box for people like myself who work alone and don’t need a lot of simultaneous external inputs.
