Have not used it, but you might try this. http://www.debugmode.com/winmorph/. Supposedly, it works with Wax which can be used as a plug-in for Vegas.

Says it also outputs MPEG and AVI, so it might be possible to just add resultant media to Vegas if no issues with the codecs..

Seems very robust and stable so far.. Was able to export an AVI file that worked well in Vegas ver 12..

Beware: Comes with much optional crapware, but easy to decline
