single frame advance?

Is there a way to do a single frame advance in VMS? I'm trying to capture some stills from a video and it's hard to get the scrub to stop on the right frames.

ALT-LeftArrow and ALT-RightArrow advance one frame at a time, no matter what your zoom level is.

It explains many things that Studio can do too.

Of course there are Full version specific things there too - but it does not disturb much - and when you have been editing with VMS(P) for some time and want to go deeper into it, then you really need the much more comprehensive explanations in the Full Vegas manual.
