Size of HD Video for Web

Dear Gentlemen,

I'm looking for feedback from editors who have experience producing HD content for website venues such as YouTube.

I know that YouTube will accept files with sizes up to 1 GB, but what do you consider to be a reasonable file size for an HD video lasting 3 minutes? Right now, I have one that is 94 MB in size that only lasts 3 minutes.

I'm asking the question because I've seen 3 minute videos in SD for the web that are usually under 10 MB and I'm just trying to get a "guage" in my head for what might be reasonable in the HD world.

Based on past experience (things may have changed), they're going to resize it anyway, so send them the best you can.

The method I use is described here, using the h.264 (it works in V9, too).
