When I render my video, Anything I've created shows full screen, the video that I Captured comes out tall and thin, does not fill screen. I have a ATI radeon video card with video in and out. Can anybody tell me why this happens. Thanks

I recorded a section of my tape from the vcr, set up a template, 320x480 and rendering to NTSC DV, If I use the Default, the file is to large. I realize I can stretch video to fill, but the it is out of proportion. (makes the people look to wide).
