Skins and colour schemes

Is there any way to change the colour schemes and buttons in Vegas? Programs like Reaper, which are very similar to Vegas have amazing choices, but I've never seen any way to change stuff up in Vegas.

You have to change the WINDOWS theme to change Vegas - of course that changes all other programs as well. There are several themes available for download.

Yeah I've looked into that before. I was just hoping there was a way to affect the program only...oh well.
