Slideshow Question

Is there a way to apply a transition to multiple slides at the same time?

I've tried highlighting the consecutive slides and dragging a transition to the group but it only applies to the nearest two where it is dropped.

The SHOW ME HOW feature did show me how to apply a VIDEO FX to the entire project (dragging it to the preview window) but that doesn't work for transitions.

Any ideas or am I out of luck?

That feature was added to the professional Vegas package, but not to Movie Studio. Cracks me up - who is more likely to make simple slide shows, Vegas pro users, or movie studio users?!
