I've made lots of slideshows with this program before so I have no idea what the problem is....but when I drag the jpg into the timeline it shows up really small....as if having no length on the time line. I can stretch it...but then it either says media off-line OR it will show but not show in the preview or it will show in the preview but long past it's stopping point on the timeline... Also, If I add crossfades, it won't show anything.

What is going on here? How can I fix it? Help!
