Slightly Fuzzy Video

I created training videos about ten years ago, using Vegas, don't recall the version. They're still useful, but by today's standards are slightly fuzzy, not as sharp as we would like. I've tried to open the original .veg file but no luck, so wanting to render the final mp4 file, adding an effect(s) to improve the look. Any advice on re-rendering to make them a bit sharper, possibly even reduce pixelation a bit? Something simple, I'm WAY out of touch with Vegas, version 19.

Thanks all, my phone camera is a bit crap in low light & i quite often film inside, so i'll look into it, 👍

todd-b, would you share the settings you used on Topaz AI to get those results you posted? My results are not as sharp. Thanks.

I meant to get back to that post to edit in the text. The youtube video linked in the post shows how badly Topaz video deals with low quality and small faces, it's because it doesn't recognize faces, Topaz are supposed to be releasing a version in the coming months that has face detection which should improve faces. The demonstration of face enhancement shown is from GFPGAN, which only does faces. If Topaz could marry the 2 different uprez enhancements in the same frame they would really have a product worth buying
