Just sharing some ,what is called customer service,,remember it ?....sent a form to newblue for some software I bought years ago...lost my serial number 3 or 4 edit systems ago.... and now I need it with Vegas 13 . This was Saturday11 AM..well received an email from Edward shortly after...back and forth a couple times///he dug it up from 2007 under an email address I forgot I ever had...not sure the stuff will even work anymore...but pretty refreshing customer service nonetheless.
