Slipping of HDV clips when loading 8 Veg in 9

Had something really odd happen. I have this music video that I made in Vegas Pro 8.0c. It's all HDV clips, lots of fast cuts, that's it. A lot of the cuts are very tight near the ends of the clips.

This project plays and renders fine in Vegas Pro 8.0c.

I loaded it in Vegas Pro 9.0. I played it, and I noticed that in one clip, the clip had actually slipped two frames later. Same length, just slipped. I only noticed since it was a frame from another clip that flashed by at the end of that clip and I saw it. I then checked the clip and found the last frame was not where I had my out point set in Vegas Pro 8. I verified by jumping between the two Vegas versions that it was two frames late.

I'm not sure if all my clips or some of my clips or just this one clip was affected, since most of the clips had a bit more head and tail so I couldn't notice. But if one did it, I doubt it's the only one.

Have any of you had this happen?

Vegas Pro 8 projects should be able to load in 9 correctly, right?

Thanks.
