SLOW MO

I need some assistance as to why when I use VF 1 that my film runs in a 'slow mo' format? It doen't run at the normal speed I tape it at. Anyone know how to correct this situation? I have a 40 gig HD, 256 ram, 733 processor. I have used Adobe with no success, could it be my IEEE card from adobe that is making things disfunctional?

Make sure your project settings match your original footage.

It's also important to have your audio hardware set properly too if your computer doesnt automatically set the hardware sample-rate for playback.
