Slow Mo Jerky

I'm using the Vegas event velocity at 31% (sparingly) in a few segments which were shot at 60i/60fps. I realize optimal slow-mo is obtained by overcranking but I didn't have the option at shoot time.

When the slow-mo segments are played back on my DVD player they are jerky and look unacceptable.

Is/are there any ways to work around this issue at 60fps in Vegas?

Thanks!

Don't forget the most basic item, turn off the smart resample for slow motion in vegas. This default setting is what causes some ghosting and generally very poor slow motion.

31% should come out looking good in most cases.
