Slow motion - blurring picture

I currently use slow motion quite a lot but the problem I find is that when I stretch the sequence it makes the picture quite blurry.

Is there a better way to do it to keep the image sharp ? I know Premiere Pro can do it as I have seen it so it must be possible.

I am using VPro9 on Win7 4gb Ram

Not sure if this will help but right-click the clip, select properties and click Disable re-sample.
