Slow motion effect

Hi all, I'm new to Screenblast, so forgive what may be a repetetive question, but is there a way to vary the speed of my clips. I'd like to add slow motion, but I can't figure out how. Suggestions?

Go to the clip your working on, left click mouse hold down control button on keyboard and either stretch it out (slow motion) or squeeze it tighter for fast motion (Drag mouse left for fast and right for slow). You'll see zig zag lines on you clip.

When you do this stretch, you should be dragging on the right edge of the clip.
