Does your system meet or are close to these specifications?
When the first AI FX via a DLM were released years ago, I had an under-spec'd computer at the time and the AI FX either didn't appear or just didn't work.
Also, are the FX starting with 'AI' apearing in the Vegas FX list as well as an 'AI' subfolder?
And also again, are the DLMs installed specifically the VP22 DLMs, not the DLMs from a previous VP version?

I think so. It's a Dell Optiplex 990. It has an Intel Core I7 CPU, an Integrated Intel® HD Graphics 2000 GPU and sixteen gigabytes of memory and there's more than 1.5 gigabytes of storage.

Yes

Yes. During installation it installed the DLMs for version 22. I even reinstalled everything to make sure the DLMs were installed.
While i7 is good, what is more important is the CPU's Intel generation. Recommended for AI is 10th gen or later which would need the full CPU name to be i7-10xxx or later. Could you please post the full CPU name of your computer?
I imagine that you realise that your computer - from circa 2011 - is well and truly below the recommended specs for Vegas Pro and its AI. Unfortunately, your choice is either to continue with your current computer using programs from around its era and the ensuing 5 years or so, or to move up to a modern day computer and take advantage of current day programs such as Vegas Pro 22 with AI.
I mentioned before that when AI was introduced to Vegas Pro (version 18), I had an under-spec'd computer at the time which wasn't compatible with Vegas Pro 18's AI - my CPU was a 4th gen i7.
Many regulars on this forum update their computer every 5 years or so - my next computer will be about this time next year when my current computer reaches 5 years of age.
