No idea what's wrong with you, but I advice you to do a reset of the program following exactly this tutorial: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-reset-vegas-pro-to-default-settings--104646/

There is no style transfer either, an AI effect that only shows if the deep learning models are installed. Vegas also has a bug where models can be installed but it can't connect to them. Does optical slowmotion on Vegas use AI models, this is an AI effect in other apps such as RIFE , and also one of the optical slow motion effects in Davinci Resolve called Speedwarp.
