Its crazy how I can slow down a media to 0.03% with no problem. I can do Time Stop speed ramping. Just that it only work when I ramp it from 100% to 0.03% (From normal 100% playback speed, slowing down to any percentage). But not ramping out. It will gradually ramp out and randomly skip to the end of the media with sudden jump.

UPDATE

It work if i set the value 99% but not 100%.
