Slow Rendering Chroma Alpha Channel

I have a logo that I put at the bottom right of every video I produce. I have rendered just that logo track to an uncompressed alpha track and then drag and drop it to a track (unmatted) in my projects. The problem is that when I did this it renders my project frame by frame very slow. Any suggestions or different methods to accomplish this? And dont say chroma key, I got the same results.

Get a faster processor. That's really about the only way. Whenever you overly anything on the frame by any method, the entire frame must be uncompressed, rendered, and recompressed. This adds an enormous amount of time to the rendering process.

I suppose a drastic alternative would be to look into some sort of hardware device to do this for you and run your finished videos through it instead of using the overlay in Vegas.
