I have a past stream thats about 2 hours long. Some parts of the stream the video quality is fairly low for a few seconds or minutes. When I put the video in vegas those parts are shrunk into the left corner of the screen and the rest of the display is green. how do i stop this from happening. I had sony 16 or 17 in the best cant remember but didn’t have this problem. Thanks
