SmartScription charge

I'm in the same boat as others that have made posts concerning this. I was charged $599 (Feb. 2026) after SmartScription was supposed to be discontinued. I want my money back but I'm not getting any responses from support tickets. I saw that some that posted here got resolve so I'm hoping this works for me. It's not like I'm abandoning Vegas, like they seem to be doing me. I plan to get another annual subscription but no longer want the SmartScription. Even though I plan to get a subscription, I still want my perpetual license for the current suite because I paid for it. Can I get an assist with this getting to the right eyes. Thank you.
