Vegas can sync to and generate MTC. It will also generate MIDI Clock.
It does not support MMC or other VTR standards.

anything you can say about the future? It would make this a truly
viable A/V product...

Tell me, what are you looking for?

What kind of hardware are you looking to interface to? What VTR
control devices are you using. Be specific, as the more details I
have the more I can investigate this.

Are you using LANC? What kind of MMC to VTR control hardware do you
use? Are there any standards that are being used? How do you do it
now and with what software tools?
