I upgraded from 9.0b to 11 -- and noticed that although Cinescore is no longer of the living, the Generated Music menu choice is still there, but greyed out. Just wondering if there's a reason for that.
And though I don't believe you can plug this into your program, it's a great third-party program for creating music for your videos. http://www.smartsound.com/
If you can find a copy of Cinescore, it still plugs into VMS11. I have it up and running without any issues. Wish they would come out with a replacement. Until then, still using and loving Cinescore.
Wait, it's no longer part of VHS? I had version 9, and used the auto-generate music feature all the time. I recently upgraded to 11, but you're saying it's no longer part of the app? Bummer... I hate tryign to create my own music. I have ACID Pro too, and it's such a chore trying to put together loops to come up with something. I wish I hadn't upgraded now.
I'm wondering if you can install just the Cinescore part of the VMS 9 install. I would search the disc. I had VMS 9 with Cinescore. Installed 10 and it automatically found it. Now 11 which just plugged it in without any reinstall. So I haven't reinstalled it in 3 versions. It will be a sad day when that stops happening.
